What’s the number one tip you have for aging well?
Jeannette: My number one tip is to take care of yourself. Accept that our health concerns evolve and that our bodies change. We lose so much energy trying to look younger when the key is really finding ways to stay healthy and feel better.
What’s the secret to getting the most out of your days?
Jeannette: To get the most out of every single day, I write down all my appointments so I can stay organized. Then I fit in something fun that is just for me, whether it’s catching up with a friend, getting my favorite coffee, or reading a book.
How does Celltrient complement your health and wellness regimen?
Jeannette: I’m always on the lookout for new ways to improve my health, so when I discovered Celltrient, I was thrilled. Celltrient allows me to take better care of myself by nourishing my cells. I feel I am taking charge of my cell health, which is wonderful. It’s so easy to add a pack daily to my routine and know I’m getting the nutrition I need.
Why was adding Celltrient Cellular Energy important to you?
Jeannette: Each year that passes, I feel I need to find more sources of energy. I get tired more easily, sleep feels extra precious and with all the responsibilities on my shoulders, if I don´t take care of my health, I notice it immediately. Celltrient Cellular Energy has specialized nutrients, including Nicotinamide Riboside, that help increase NAD+ levels in just 2 weeks. It also has vitamin C and 6 B vitamins to support energy metabolism. I do notice the change. I started using Celltrient Energy in late January and I will continue adding it to my smoothies.
What’s one small habit you stick to that enhances your overall health outlook?
Jeannette: Drinking more water. I have discovered that sometimes feeling sluggish was related to not drinking enough water. It’s easy to become dehydrated when you live in a tropical climate, like I do. This small change has really improved the way I feel on a day-to-day basis.
What’s something new that you’ve learned about cell health during your journey with Celltrient?
Jeannette: I wasn’t aware of what was happening on the cellular level. Our cells suffer from time-related deterioration known as Age-Associated Cellular Decline (AACD), which is why we may feel declines in energy, etc. It’s a relief to learn that I am not imagining how my body is changing. Better yet: I can be proactive and improve my cell health using Celltrient.
What are you looking forward to doing again as we reemerge into our normal lives?
Jeannette: I am so looking forward to seeing loved ones and traveling again. Exploring the world, building bridges across cultures, and enjoying new experiences thrills me and I cannot wait to see new places.
What’s one thing that you wish you knew 10 years ago that could have been a big advantage in your wellness journey?
Jeannette: I wasted so much time comparing my life to others! I also wish I knew ten years ago to take better care of my feet. I abused high heels for so long, partly due to my work as a TV host, but mostly because I felt I looked better.
